Bag-In-Bag-Out system (commonly known as BIBO) is a delicate system used in critical applications. BIBO is built with highest grade of materials for situations where hazardous materials, radioactive or toxic dusts are handled. It is designed to have zero human touch to ensure the safety of users, handlers as well as the environment. This system requires trained professionals to guide, install, and maintain, so as to ensure that it remains its effectiveness.

Installation of BIBO System

  • Position the BIBO housing adjacent to the ductwork. Housing should be strongly welded, bolted or gasketed permanently to the ductwork.
  • Secure housing by mounting it to a base.
  • Orientate unit in the direction so as to allow the access door(s) easy removal and replacement.
  • Immediately after installation, ductwork and housing to be cleaned so as to eliminate any contamination at all, as well as any other items, which may have been stored in the unit during shipping.
  • Install filter(s).
  • Perform leak test/DOP test to ensure that the unit is functioning well.

PVC Bag Design

PVC Bag comes with Glove Sleeves to facilitate the handling of filter during change-out.

The elastic shock cord is hemmed into the mouth of the bag so that it fits securely when stretched around the Bag In/ Bag Out port.
